Ummm…Really? hhaha
Make wure you saved the file as MP3 since most phones support that and then connect your phone to your computer via a cable or bluetooth depending on your type of phone. Find your phone in your computer and send the file to it. Then go to settings and make it your ring tone. You might not be able to do it this way depending on your computer type and phone model.
